Booking Terms & Conditions

We respectfully remind all our valued clients that colour appointment times can be made no later than 3pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 5pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

All Sunday bookings must pay a 50% deposit, either at time of booking or two weeks prior to the date, whichever is earliest.

All hair and make up packages must pay a 50% deposit, either at time of booking or two weeks prior to the date, whichever is earliest.

All Colour bookings require to give credit or debit card details to guarantee the appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, this is for confirmation purposes only. Please note in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or no show, your card will be charged 50% of the original price.

If you have a requirement for an early or late appointment for hair up and/or make up or packages for special events and occasions, we will be delighted to accommodate where availability permits and by special prior arrangement.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure you always get the stylist, make up artist or beauty technician requested, we reserve the right to make changes up until the time of your appointment. On the rare occasion this happens, you will be notified at the time of booking as we cannot always guarantee your requested staff member is available. PETRA prides itself on the high standards of all its staff and ensure you will always receive the PETRA service and attention our clients expect

For appointments and services secured with deposits, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where a requested stylist or technician is unavailable, your booking will still be honoured and moved to the next suitable stylist or technician.

Special offers and discounted services can not be booked by us with our Head Stylist or Creative Director and they cannot be requested by clients for these services. Should they specifically request or want the Head Stylist or Creative Director on their chosen day then the non discounted price will apply.
